At Pet Haus Studio, every product is made to order just for you. This allows us to offer thoughtfully designed, high-quality products made specifically for each customer. Because every item is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong design.

We want you to love your purchase and are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards.

If there's ever a problem with your order, we'll always do our best to make it right.

Made-to-Order Products

  • All products are made to order specifically for each customer.
  • Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has started.
  • Please double-check your order details (size, design, quantity, and shipping address) before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Email us at support@pethausstudio.co with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:
  • First, check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@pethausstudio.co, and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

Colour Accuracy

  • Please note that colours displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual printed product due to monitor settings and printing processes. This is not considered a defect.

Sizing Accuracy

  • Due to the nature of manufacturing, product dimensions may vary slightly (up to 1–2 cm) from the listed size. This is within normal production tolerances and is not considered a defect.

Care Instructions Compliance

  • Damage caused by failing to follow the recommended care instructions (for example, washing at high temperatures or using bleach) is not covered by our replacement policy.
